We ask for a 30% deposit when booking your course, I'm afraid this is non-refundable if you then cancel the course within 5 weeks of the commencement date. Any time before the 5 weeks to commencement date, is 100% refundable.
Any courses booked and commencement date is within 2 weeks will require payment in full, non-refundable
I apologies for these policies but we've had a few people let us down last minute over the years and we're left with empty weeks that are too late to fill...
